The Trapline

Fields, streams, ponds and lakes
Doves, quail, geese, snipes and drakes
Beavers, raccoons, fox, deer and little mink
To you these things the trapline yeilds
Up at three and out the door by four
Fur and meat we run for more
Walking, splashing, sometimes sinking too
Furshed and woodstove we look forward to
For all these things the trapline gives to us

Hello fellow trappers and outdoorsmen. This site was created to to help our young and beginning trappers and for veterans to pick up some new tricks. When I can I will try to get a part of this site for trappers to give some tips, tell a few tales and to educate the younger trappers.
